Ramana is responsible for recruitment, performance management, quality project delivery, competency development and deployment of employees on various projects and services. Ramana focuses on long term and strategic needs for building a world-class technology services organization.

Ramana's credentials include a vast and in-depth domain experience of around 20 years in various aspects - ranging from Software Project Implementation and Management to Quality Engineering, Competency Development and Human Resource Management.

Ramana was instrumental in designing, developing and managing various projects and products in the areas of Routing Technologies, Internet Protocol Suites, Internet Faxing and Data/Fax Communications. He was the primary architect for the Network Fax Server and Internet Fax Router products developed for Multi-Tech Systems, Inc., USA and Samsung Electronics, Korea.

Ramana is the key force at MultiTech in its efforts towards Total Quality Management, emphasizing on customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. He plays a vital role in evolving Software Engineering processes and Organizational Development programmes at MultiTech.

Prior to co-founding MultiTech, Ramana had worked for some of the best-known companies in India like Wipro and HP (India); and a few multinational companies like Verifone and HP, USA.

Ramana holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Bachelors Degree from Andhra University.
